We stuff the Buckwheat Hull Zafu Insert with approximately 4.5 lbs. of organic buckwheat hulls encased in a zippered muslin shell, making it easy to add/remove the hulls.
The insert measures 15" in diameter with a 5.5" loft. For use as a replacement insert for DharmaCrafts Zippered Zafu Covers.
